DEAR SOOPERS

Hello guys :) I have been getting messages on Facebook and Twitter inquiring on how to be part of the SOOpers.  And my reply was always like this, "As long as you are a fan of Miss Carmen Soo, you are already one of us." :)

Let me tell you in a few hundred words how the SOOpers came about.

I, along with a couple of friends who are also avid fans of Ms. Carmen Soo since Kahit Isang Saglit days, have decided to start an official group that solely supports her. And the three of us agreed that the name SOOpers is the best name to call our group. That was in April 2010. We created the SOO_pers twitter account and informed Ms. Carmen, that we are the official group of fans that solely supports her. And it felt really wonderful that she has acknowledged us.

On the day we decided to start this group, we thought that it is best if we will not be asking anyone who wants to be a part of it to register. Everyone who is a fan of Ms. Carmen is more than welcome to consider himself/herself as one of us. The SOOpers accounts on Twitter, Facebook, PinoyEXchange, and THE HOT SOOP, were all created for Ms. Carmen Soo and her fans. So that all the latest news and updates about her, whether she is in the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore or anywhere else in the world,  will be readily available to everyone. We hope that we have managed to accomplish that and that you guys are happy with what we are doing so far.

Thank you very much for the love and support for our soopergirl. Please keep supporting her because the SOOpers are not just big fans of Carmen Soo the actress, Carmen Soo the model, Carmen Soo the talented girl; but because we are even bigger fans of Carmen Soo the beautiful person who possesses a heart of gold, a person who is simple, humble, sweet and kind, a true friend, a daughter and sister who loves her family very much, and also because she truly cares for her fans.

We hope that someday we will have an opportunity to be with Ms. Carmen Soo for an event or activity. So guys, when that happens (I intentionally used the word “when” because it pays to think positive hahaha), we hope that all of you will come and join us! But until then, our soopergirl is just one tweet away. :)
